Based on the complexity of solution and the requirements of the clients we offer to deliver solutions through various engagement models. These include:
Under this engagement model the duration and cost of the project are usually fixed. This engagement model is ideally suited for small and medium sized projects wherein the duration of the project is short and the requirements are not likely to change during the development process. This model gives an edge with timeline and budget as duration and cost is fixed during commencement of the project. It is best suited for low budget projects and for clear processes and solutions. There is no project enhancement in between project development, tight financial constraints reduces risk for developers as well as clients.
TIME AND MATERIALS (T&M)
Under the FTE engagement model we assign dedicated resources to a client’s project. The resources can work out of our development center or can work out of the client’s location. Depending on the site, if the project is completely done onsite i.e. at client's premises it is called Onsite FTE, this onsite FTE model is best if the project scope is open ended (defined); benefit is proper screening of desired resources. If project strategies are well defined and it is not iterative in nature than we suggest our clients for offshore FTE model; benefits include skilled and devoted resource at low offshore rate and zero cost infrastructure development.

The time and materials (T&M) engagement model is contracted for a specific number of hours. Clients are billed on the basis of the hours spent to perform a task.
No budget constraint, it basically involves complex projects with value
addition during long development process, focus is on evolving management
practices. Strong business analysis and controlled implementation of project
is carried till the project is successfully delivered.
